Digital Still Camera Mode

÷ The MPEG Playback function works only in M. Player mode.

÷ You can play the moving picture images onthe Memory Card.

Stereo audio is played back at the same time.

÷ Playing back on a PC displays better quality than on a TV.

1. Setthe Power switch to PLAYER.

2. Setthe Mode switch to MEMORY.

3. Press the MENU button.

• The menu list will appear.

4. Move the Menu selectorto the left or right to select Memory,then press the Menu selector. _4_

5. Move the Menu selectorto the left or right to select M.Play Select, then press the Menu - I '

6. Move the Menu selectorto the left or right to select Photo or Movie, then press the Menu I _I_A_

• The moving pictures recorded onthe Memory Card will play back.

• Youcan control playback using theP'/II (PLAY/STILL), _ / _ (REW/FF), • (STOP) _6_

buttons.

• MENU button and Menu selector are not available during MPEG playback.

To use MENU button and Menu selector, stop playback.

MPEG playback is not available when a menu or Quick menu is displayed on the screen. _Mo_ _S_eot _E×_

To start playback, press the MENU button to make it disappear. _ ............................................................................................J

• There may be broken or mosaic pictures while playing the MPEG4 movies, but it is not malfunction.

• The moving picture images that you recorded on the Memory Card may not play on other manufacturer's equipment.

• The MPEG4 movie recorded by another Camcorder may not play on this Camcorder.

• To playback MPEG4 moving pictures on a PC, the Video Codec (in the CD provided with the camcorder) should be installed.

You need Microsoft Windows Media Player Version 9 or higher in order to play MPEG4 file on the Memory Card on your PC.

You can download the Microsoft Windows Media Player applied each languages on Microsoft Website,

Memory Stick PRO provides better image quality than Memory Stick.
