For AMS touch panels, when navigating the ADMS on-screen display theater source selection list, after
selecting a source that contains a video output, the touch panel will page flip to the source control page
of the new source.
Fixed some timing issues when triggering interrupts for the AES, AADS, AADS-XM, AMS, AMS-AIP, and
AAE for additional Adagio rooms.
