Blu-ray Fast Tracks Coming Soon

Samsung techs have used Fast Track manuals for TVs for some time with great success.

Starting next week, Fast Track manuals will be available for all 2011 Blu-ray players. More

will be added throughout the year.

Why Use Fast Tracks?

Fast Track manuals are a great reference for any repair technician. These short guides

give you a quick list of all the major common parts, a brief description of any existing Ser-

vice Bulletins, and any hot tips that we think will help you with your repair.

Where Can I Find the Fast Track Manuals?

1. Login to GSPN http://gspn3.samsungcsportal.com/.

2. Click Knowledge on the Top tool bar.

3. Type in any Blu-ray Model.

4. Use the scroll bar to find the column labeled Service Tip (Local). If you see more than

one model, please access only the US models (ending in ZA or XA).

5. When there is a Service Tip or Fast Track available, you will see a number 1 or greater

in the Service Tip (Local) column, as in the above example. Click the number to view a

list of Service Tips or Fast Tracks.
