Adding Multiple Files
Double-click on an Ofce le or Flash le on the upload list to add an attachment.
As shown above, the icons at the bottom can be used to add les and folders or
delete them from the attachment list. If required, new folders can be created on
the attachment list.
Files are added to the attachment list. Click to open the Open window.
Folders and their contents are added to the attachment list. Click to open the
Browse Folders window.
A new folder is added to the attachment list.
A selected le or folder is deleted from the attachment list.
All les and folders on the attachment list are deleted.
Terminology
What are Multiple Contents? -
Contents can be divided into single les and
multiple les with sub-folders.
Multiple contents are contents with multiple les
and sub-folders.
(e.g. In the case of Flash contents, multiple
contents are SWF les and contents with MP3 and
images in sub-folders)
