In the address bar of Web Browser, enter the Set IP.
For the internal network, enter the Set Local IP and for the
external network, enter the DDNS address.
* Refer to DDNS Host Address defined in DDNS Menu.

If the popup window is not activated, unblock the popup.
If you first connect to the PC, you will see a message as shown.
Install the suggested ActiveX control.
If you first connect to the PC, you will see a message as
shown above. Click <Install> to install the suggested
software.

If you want to use SDE-Series DVR Web Viewer with Safari
Browser on a Mac, please refer to this user guide and install
Multi Viewer with firmware upgrade if necessary.
Safari on MAC.
• Brower versions available: Safari 5.1.1 or later version
• Silverlight: 4.0.60831.0 or later
Click [Click now to Install] to display the installation screen
as shown.
Double-click the [Silverlight.pkg] icon to display the Silverlight
plug-in installation screen as shown.
Click [Continue] to start installing Silverlight plug-in. When
done, you will see the screen as below.
Click [Close] to exit from the Silverlight plug-in installation
screen.

1. Use a web browser to connect to the DVR.
2. If Silverlight plug-in is already installed, you will see the
screen as shown.
3. If this is the case, perform Step 3 [TCP port & Web
Viewer port settings] below.
4. If the screen above does not appear, check if the DVR set
is connected properly with a valid IP address.
