The volume setting is memorised:

◆ When you place the television

in standby mode

◆ When you switch the television

off using the On/Off button

(POWER) on the front panel

◆ If there is a power failure

To adjust the volume, press the:

◆ + to move the on-screen cursor right and increase the volume

◆ – to move the on-screen cursor left and reduce the volume

You can switch the sound off

temporarily (during a telephone

conversation, for example).

Press the MUTE .

Result: The sound is switched off and

the symbol is displayed.

To switch the sound back on, press the

MUTE again, + or –.
