Chapter 4 Diagnosis Modes

Zoom
Zoom the image in or out. Follow the procedure below for usage.
1. Press the Zoom button. Press the upper button to zoom in or press the lower button to zoom
out. The position of the zoom box will be indicated in the zoom navigation box on the left-
hand side of the screen.
2. Use the trackball to move the zoom box around.
3. View the image at the desired zoom scale. Press the respective buttons repeatedly to zoom
further in or out.

Focus
Adjust the focus position. Press the upper button to position the focus shallower or press the lower
button to position it deeper.
■
Depth
Adjust the image scanning depth. Press the upper button to make it shallow or press the lower
button to make it deeper. Adjustment range varies depending on the probe type selected.
Using the Soft Menu
The items that are available in each diagnosis mode are congured into the soft menu. With the soft
menu, you can change the image format or optimize the image for better diagnosis. If the soft menu
spans across two pages or more, press the Ext. Menu dial-button to navigate between pages.
